Lyons Botti II Rezoning

Opposed the rezoning, citing the dangerous Ridge Road/Myers Lane/Park Hill Road intersection, a 24-inch high-pressure gas pipeline through the property, and stormwater runoff that would flow toward Turner Valley and an aging sewer system.

Brought photos showing severe stormwater runoff and erosion near her Ridge Road properties, warned about the gas pipeline safety zone, and asked the board to obtain a topographic map before any vote.

Asked that the parcel stay R-4, noting his own R-2 property is far less steep, neighboring R-2 lots are an acre or more, and he fears clear-cutting would destroy the wooded valley and old-growth oaks.
